『Greatest Hits III（グレイテスト・ヒッツIII ～フレディー・マーキュリーに捧ぐ～）』はクイーンのコンピレーション・アルバム。1999年11月8日にパーロフォン・レコード、ハリウッド・レコードからリリースされた。アルバムには、フレディ・マーキュリーがミュージック・ビデオに出演した最後の曲となった「These Are the Days of Our Lives」(1991年) と、ベースギター担当のジョン・ディーコンが引退前に最後にレコーディングした曲でもある、マーキュリーに捧げられた曲「No-One but You (Only the Good Die Young)」(1997年) が収録されている。このコンピレーションには、最後のスタジオ・アルバム『Made in Heaven』(1995年) の「Too Much Love Will Kill You」や「Heaven for Everyone」など4曲も収録されている。
