『Greatest Hits（グレイテスト・ヒッツ）』は、エアロスミスのコンピレーション・アルバム。2023年8月18日にキャピトル・レコードからリリースされた。44曲が収録されたメインエディションのほか、18曲が収録された1枚組CDエディション、20曲が収録された2枚組LPバージョン、10曲が収録された1枚組LPバージョンなど、さまざまなフォーマットでリリースされました。これは、1980年のコレクションに続く、バンドの2枚目のグレイテスト・ヒッツと題されたコンピレーションであり、複数回再リリースされている。このアルバムは、バンドの2023年の『ピース・アウト：ザ・フェアウェル・ツアー』に先立ってリリースされた。日本のデラックス盤は6CDで、ディスク4-6にライブアルバム（ディスク4「Live Best 1997-2016 Vol.1」（10曲）、ディスク5「Live Best 1997-2016 Vol.2」（10曲）、ディスク6「Rock for Rising Sun（Live at Japan 2011）」（17曲））が収録されている。
