『Greatest Hits（グレイテスト・ヒッツ）』は、エアロスミスのコンピレーション・アルバム。1980年11月11日にコロムビア・レコードからリリースされた。後に『Greatest Hits 1973-1988』として1997年4月21日に再リリースされている。一部のトラックはオリジナル版から大幅に編集されている。「Same Old Song and Dance」のシングル版が使用され、ほぼ1分短縮された。また、この曲には『Get Your Wings』では聞かれなかった別の歌詞も含まれていた。オリジナルの歌詞は「Gotcha with the cocaine, found with your gun.」だった。このコンピレーションに収録された別の歌詞は「ou shady lookin' loser, you played with my gun.」だった。「Sweet Emotion」もシングル版が使用されており、最初のコーラスで始まり、今では有名なトークボックスのイントロがカットされ、コーダは繰り返しのコーラスに置き換えられてフェードアウトする。 「Kings and Queens」も編集が短縮され、イントロと他の特定の部分がカットされた。「Walk This Way」は若干編集され、最初のコーラスが2回ではなく1回歌われるようになった。残りのトラックはそのまま残された。『Greatest Hits』は、2021年に12倍プラチナに認定され、米国でバンドの最高のRIAA認定アルバムとなった。
